ロンドンで開催中の、グラフィック・アート・フェアへ行ってきました。ANTHONY BURRILLを始め、世界中で活躍するグラフィック・デザイナーが集結し、会場で作品の展示、ワークショップ、そしてシルクスクリーンの実演を行っていました。各デザイン・スタジオがブースを設け、その中を自由に構成し、まるで実際にスタジオを訪れているような気分になりました。主にイラストレーションが多く、普段見る事のない作品を楽しむ事が出来て良かったです。僕が大好きなカルチャー・マガジン、IT'S NICE THATも半額で購入する事が出来ました。毎回思う事ですが、ロンドンの展覧会は本当に展示方法が素敵です。
"I visited the contemporary graphic arts fair in London. Starting from ANTHONY BURRILL, 24 rising stars set their world of creation in wide rage of ways. Throughout the exhibition, each designer delivered some workshops for the visitors to join. They created their own space by using the actual furnitures and equipments from the studio. It was amazing that each studio had variety of styles to express their work. And each one of them were beautiful. Also, I was lucky enough to buy IT'S NICE THAT magazine in half price."
